Keep track of work, customers and products with Job Card. This simple job card management system has network access, user management, customizable tables and integrated invoicing, e-mail module, statistics and stock management. The program includes an automatic reprint function, multiple report types and can print barcodes for products. You can set notifications for deadlines, clone and reuse jobs, create different printouts and attach files to records.

You can assign a job to a pipeline or project and view its status from the firm task list. You can also move the job to another pipeline or change its status, allowing you to stay on top of your work. In addition, you can add accounts and assign them to different stages (here's more on managing pipelines). The total amount of time a job has spent in a stage is displayed on the account's job card.

Besides this, you can add comments to the job card that are visible to all team members who have access to it. If you mention a team member, they will receive a notification that they were mentioned in the comment. This helps you stay on top of communication within the team and keep all relevant information in one place. It is also possible to share the job card with clients or external partners by sending them an email link.
